FileShare subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe, our payment processor. You can choose between monthly billing (pay-as-you-go) or annual billing (save approximately 17%). All prices are per organization, not per user. Billing occurs on the same day each month based on your signup date.

Can I change my plan mid-month?

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period to avoid data loss.
